Find Your Christmas Spirit in Downtown Sand Springs

Not only will you find your Christmas spirit, but you will find many great items and services in downtown Sand Springs, OK.  Located just about 7 minutes from downtown Tulsa, Sand Springs has a great history.  You can learn more about this rich history and the story of founder Charles Page in the Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum located at 9 E. Broadway which is in the Triangle
District in Sand Springs

downtown area.  While there you can stop in and view the world class Art of George Rodrigue: Shiny Happy Blue Dog Exhibit.
There are a variety of antique shops in this area.  Dog & Duck Antiques run by Julie and Chris Bedokis is located on 21 E. 2nd Street.  They describe this lovely shop as "a little bit of everything.  We don't have a whole lot of any one thing.  That's one of the things we try to stay away from, although we do tend to look for similar kinds of things.  We look for quality items; the maker or handmade items."

Next for  your shopping pleasure is the Yesterday Shop/Rod's Books and Relics almost diagonally across the street from Dog & Duck in the old Paul Building on the corner of Main and 2nd Steets at 10 E. 2nd Street.  You can find antique toys, ornaments, glassware and of course, books among other treasures there.

Just East on 2nd Street is one of our newer antique shops, Antiques and More.  They have items from popular culture, advertising, toys, novelties, paper ephemera, metal items, records, pedal cars and so much more.  It is always fun to discover something new here.
